Initial Session
A deeper introductory session to explore your current experiences, patterns, goals and what support may feel most meaningful moving forward.

Ongoing Therapy Session
Individual psychotherapy and counselling support tailored to your emotional, relational and practical needs.

Extended Therapy Session
For clients wanting more spaciousness for deeper therapeutic work, complex processing or periods of significant overwhelm or transition.

4 Session Package
For clients wanting consistency, continuity and ongoing support.
Includes a $60 package saving

Questions before you begin.
Do I need to know exactly what I need help with?
No. Many people start with a feeling, a symptom, a pattern or a quiet sense that something is not okay. We can begin there.
What happens in the free introduction call?
It is a short 15-minute conversation. You can ask questions, share what is happening and get a sense of whether this support feels right. There is no pressure to book.
What is the cost?
The free introduction call is 15 minutes. Initial 90-minute sessions are $220. Ongoing 60-minute sessions are $165. Extended 90-minute therapy sessions are $220. Packages are also available.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are available Australia-wide via secure telehealth.
What is Beyond Symptoms?
Beyond Symptoms is a deeper support program for emotional overwhelm, procrastination, ADHD-related struggles, nervous system burnout, identity shifts and life transitions. It combines therapeutic support, practical organisation, emotional regulation and deeper reflection.
What is Processwork?
Processwork is a therapeutic approach that explores the deeper meaning behind emotions, body symptoms, relationship patterns, inner conflict and life transitions. It works with what is happening rather than simply trying to push it away.
Is this counselling or coaching?
The support may include counselling, psychotherapy, Processwork-informed exploration, emotional regulation tools, practical support and reflective therapeutic conversations. The focus depends on what you need.
Do you work with young adults and students?
Yes. Support is available for young adults and university students navigating overwhelm, academic pressure, procrastination, ADHD-related challenges, burnout, relationships, identity shifts and the transition into adult life.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Support may be available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants under Capacity Building or psychosocial support funding categories. Suitability can be discussed during an introduction call.
Do you offer support at home?
Support at home may be available for older people or people navigating ageing, illness, isolation, hospital transition, grief, changing independence or end-of-life transitions.
Are reduced-fee spaces available?
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for students or individuals experiencing financial hardship.
