Emotional overwhelm·Reflection

When you are not in crisis, but not okay either

That in-between space can be hard to explain. You may be functioning, showing up and doing what needs to be done, while quietly knowing something is not right.

There is a particular kind of struggle that does not look like crisis from the outside.

You are still functioning. Still showing up. Still doing the things. And yet inside, there is a quiet sense that something is not right.

This in-between space is a meaningful place to begin.
