Procrastination·Reflection

You are not lazy

When people feel stuck, they often blame themselves first. But what looks like laziness may be exhaustion, fear, perfectionism, shutdown or emotional overwhelm.

Many people who come to therapy carry a quiet belief that they are lazy, broken or falling behind.

Underneath, there is often exhaustion, anxiety, unmet emotional needs and a nervous system that has been on for too long.

You are not lazy. You may be tired in ways that rest alone cannot fix.
